# Est ce que le kombucha contient de l'alcool ?

Comme tout produit fermenté, le kombucha contient des traces d'alcool : entre 0 et 1,2% maximum. 
En France, 1,2% est le seuil maximum autorisé pour une boisson sans alcool.
